License Revocations

Bright from the Start provides notice of its actions to revoke the license or certificate of registration, or to seek an emergency suspension of a facility’s license or certificate of registration to operate. This notice is provided for parents, guardians, and all others who may have children in the care of the facility. Facilities that appeal a revocation are allowed to operate during the appeal process. The official notice of revocation or emergency suspension action for each facility and the final resolution are maintained below.
