Each year, Bright from the Start provides the Governor's Office of Student Achievement (GOSA) information about the quality of each of Georgia's Pre-K Programs funded. The data is generated from the Program Quality Assessment that is conducted annually. The data given to GOSA is then generated into what is referred to as a Report Card.

GOSA strives to increase student achievement and school completion across Georgia through meaningful, transparent, and objective analysis and communication of statewide data.
